If you didnt get to BlackHat this year, then you may have heard about the really cool presentation about Cross Site Scripting. He uses XSS to hack intranets by writing a port scanner in javascript. If your into web app sec, you need to see this. It also really puts a point on the need to start learning about this issue and the very large problems XSS can cause.
